Iyan ang pahayag ng Sparkle star na si Gabbi Garcia nang tanungin siya ng King of Talk na si Boy Abunda patungkol sa kaniyang ex-boyfriend na si Ruru Madrid.
Sa kalagitnaan ng “Fast Talk” segment ng afternoon talkshow, tinanong si Gabbi ng isa sa mga pinakakontrobersiyal na usapin tungkol sa kaniyang past relationship kasama ang kapwa Sparkle artist na si Ruru Madrid.
“Guilty or not guilty: nahirapan mag-move on…” pa-suspense na tanong ni Tito Boy kay Gabbi.
“Guilty,” madaling sagot ni Gabbi.
“Kay Ruru!” dugtong ni tito Boy.
Bagaman nagdalawang-isip, sumagot si Gabbi na nahirapan nga siyang mag-move on sa aktor.
“Kay Ruru? O, sige [guilty],” ani Gabbi, “First love ko [siya], eh.”
Tila natuwa naman si Tito Boy at binati ang pagiging open ni Gabbi sa pagbanggit sa ex-boyfriend kahit na in a relationship siya kay Khalil Ramos.
“[Khalil is] very open,” pagmamalaki ni Gabbi, “He’s a smart person, he can handle things.”
Matatandaan noong 2023 ay umamin si Ruru sa Fast Talk With Boy Abunda na tanging si Gabbi ang kaniyang naging girlfriend bago pumasok sa relasyon nila ni Bianca Umali.
“Nung naging kami, sobrang bata pa po namin. Gabbi’s 15. Ako po, 16,” dagdag pa ni Ruru, “And then, siguro, somehow, malaking factor na magkatrabaho po kami, love team kami, kailangan laging kami makita na sweet sa isa’t isa so siguro, dun, dun namin na-discover na in love kami.”
