Archie Alemania has been fired from the GMA series “Widows’ War” after news broke about his alleged inappropriate behavior with his co-star Rita Daniela. According to a Philstar.com report, they obtained a copy of Daniela’s sworn statement that she submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor in Bacoor, Cavite.
In her affidavit, Daniela announced that she could no longer work with Alemania due to the severe trauma caused by the incident. According to Daniela, she immediately reported the incident to the management of GMA, who allegedly acted immediately to remove Alemania from the series due to the unforgivable trauma the incident caused her, making it impossible to work with her again.
Daniela also said that her management taught her that she needs to file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office for the criminal aspect of the incident.
Daniela is one of the main cast of the nightly thriller as Rebecca Palacios, member of the central family involved in the mysterious murders at the Palacios residence. Alemania played a supporting role in the said series.
Daniela accused Alemania of acts of lasciviousness because of the alleged incident that occurred after a party in Quezon City last September. In her complaint to the Bacoor City fiscal, Daniela stressed that Alemania acted improperly after the gathering led by another actress. According to Daniela, as a public figure and contractual artist with a reputation to protect, it was very difficult for her to file such a case, but the trauma she experienced gave her the courage to face the consequences of this action.
Rita Daniel is a Filipino singer, actress, and television host. His career began after he was named the first grand champion of QTV’s PopStar Kids and he became more known for his role as Aubrey Palomares in “My Special Tatay.”

In another interview with Rita by Boy Abunda , she was asked about Julie Anne San Jose. In the episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Boy asked if Rita was jealous of Julie Anne. The celebrity mom immediately replied, “No, Tito Boy.” It will be remembered that the two singers were together in ‘Pop Star Kids,’ where Rita was named the grand champion, while Julie Anne was among the finalists.
