Actor Anthony Jennings, one of the cast members of the teleserye  Incognito , admitted that the rumors circulating about his breakup with his non-showbiz girlfriend Jam Villanueva are true.

During a media conference for their latest action series with Richard Gutierrez, Ian Veneracion, Baron Geisler, Maris Racal, Kaila Estrada, and Daniel Padilla, Anthony was cornered by reporters and here he himself confirmed the news.

According to Anthony, he and Jam have been separated for a long time, and it’s been several months since they decided to separate. The actor didn’t avoid the question, but he pointed out that as much as possible, he wants the details about their separation to be private and personal.

Anthony focused on being careful about reporting on their relationship and said he didn’t want the personal aspects of their lives to be part of the public, especially since Jam is not a public figure.

Jennings also asked the media and the public to stop intruding on Jam’s private life. The actor said he is uncomfortable with his ex-girlfriend, who is not an actress, being in the news. Anthony’s statement reinforces his desire to keep his life private, which no longer needs to be made public.

Anthony added that he did not blame anyone else for their breakup, but rather considered it a personal problem that he needed to fix. According to the actor, he also had shortcomings in their relationship and he will fix them himself.

“That’s my problem, I should fix it myself,”  Anthony said, showing maturity and responsibility for what happened in their relationship.

Meanwhile, Anthony also did not ignore the rumors about his alleged closeness with his teammate Maris Racal. He refuted the speculations and clarified that he and Maris are just friends.

Despite being in a project together, Anthony insisted that it has nothing to do with his relationship with Jam. The actor assured that the public should not worry about his closeness with Maris, and that he only considers the actress a friend.

It seems that some are saying that Anthony and Jam’s different lifestyles caused their breakup, but Anthony has remained quiet about it. Instead, he has focused on showing respect and caring for Jam’s personal life. According to the actor, he prefers to focus on improving himself and the projects he is currently working on.
