The Miss Universe Philippines – Pampanga Organization announced on Thursday that Krizza Gilliam Yco has officially relinquished her title as Miss Universe Philippines – Pampanga 2025, effective January 30. Yco, who was crowned on January 24, made the decision to step down in order to focus on her education.
In an official statement, the organization commended Yco’s bravery in making such a significant life choice. “We deeply admire Krizza’s courage in prioritizing her future. She has left a lasting impact on us with the grace and dedication she brought to her reign,” the statement read.
