Miss Universe Philippines has officially released on its social media accounts the official portrait of Philippine bet Chelsea Manalo.

 

“Philippines, let’s make it happen,” they captioned the post with stars emojis.

The official headshot will be now seen on the official voting website of the Miss Universe Organization.

Shot by celebrity photographer Seven Barretto, Manalo stuns in a simple black strapless tube dress showing her beautiful complexion and Miss Universe aura.

In a recent interview with ABS-CBN News, Manalo revealed that she is well-prepared for the pageant and focuses on every aspect of the competition.

“I do of course pasarela, Q and A training, events like now in Pina, because it’s so important that you know how engaged in other people when you’re in public and of course the body. This is crucial kasi, knowing the Latin girls, they have very beautiful body figures and I am in that process pa lang, so working out is one of the things I wanted to do, I didn’t know na magugustuhan ko mag work out because it helps me not just my body but mentally it’s really really helpful,” Manalo explained during her endorsement deal with Pina Beauty Philippines.

This coming Monday, October 21, Manalo will be leaving the country for the Miss Universe pageant, which will be held in Mexico on November 16.

She is aiming for the Philippines’ fifth crown after Catriona Gray (2018), Pia Wurtzbach (2015), Margie Moran (1973), and Gloria Diaz (1969).
