Filipinos can now vote for Miss Universe PH Chelsea Manalo’s Voice for Change video.

The Miss Universe Philippines organization is counting on the Filipino bayanihan spirit to push Chelsea Manalo to victory, and they have sent out another call for votes online.

In one of the her recent posts on the Miss Universe Philippines Instagram account, the organization posted a poster asking Filipino fans and pageant followers to vote for Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo’s Voice for Change video.

In the caption to the post, the organization called Chelsea’s advocacy for the families of migrant workers as “timely and essential”. The organization also called on Filipinos to “defend” the country’s Voice for Change win.

Kapuso beauty queen Michelle Dee had previously won the Voice for Change competition with her work advocating for autism awareness and the Autism Society of the Philippines’ (ASP) Autism Works program.

The Miss Universe Philippines organization had earlier asked for votes for Chelsea on Instagram, adding a link to where fans can vote. Success in the voting lands Chelsea an automatic Top 30 placement in the international pageant.

Chelsea is currently training in Los Angeles before heading to Mexico on October 29 for the Miss Universe pageant. Chelsea also met with the Filipino-American community in Los Angeles, meeting personalities like television producer Lisa Lew and journalists Janet and Ruben Nepales.

Before her departure, Chelsea made an appearance at the MEGA Fashion Awards awards last month, where she wore a black and white ensemble from designer Rap Soligam and was described as a muse to creative artists.

Chelsea was also the July cover star for MEGA magazine, with the publication describing Chelsea as opening up “the horizon for a more inclusive definition of beauty upon winning the crown.”

Chelsea was also one of the multiple beauty queens that attended the 2024 GMA Gala.
