On her Instagram, Dani lamented the fact that her business was being targeted and used to scam other people, asking the store to stop using them. “My God. You respect other people’s business. We worked hard on our products and then you just imitate them to cheat people and make money?! Instead of scamming people, just create an honest business!” she wrote.
According to Dani, they have no re-sellers and distributors, and they only have TikTok affiliates. “Please only buy from @wellnesswhispersph official stores. Wala po kaming re-sellers and distributors. We only have TikTok affiliates. Please help us report this account. And to this shop, you’re not allowed to use the name Wellness Whispers, I own that name. Naka-trademark po yan. I am prepared to take legal action if you don’t stop selling all these fake products,” she said.
