Actress-host Anne Curtis recounts her most memorable core memory on ‘It’s Showtime.’
Team AJT, or Anne, Jugs, and Teddy, delivered fun and good vibes in their recent “Magpasikat 2024” performance revolving around core memories.
“In 15 years… there’s so much. I grew up in this show, alongside my Showtime family. From being single, to getting a boyfriend, to getting married, having a child, performing Magpasikat pregnant without my Showtime family knowing, it’s our 10th year,” shared the actress-host.
According to Anne, the core memory that impressed her the most was the first episode of It’s Showtime in 2009.
Patuloy niya, “We came here on stage na ang dami nating doubts. ‘Tatagal ba tayo? Gaano katagal? Seven years, four years, three years?’ Who would’ve [thought] that from a simple pre-noontime show, we would be here on stage and performing for the Madlang People, changing people’s lives with the help of ABS-CBN for 15 years. And that for me is a solid core memory for me that continues to create core memories.”
The celebrity mom is also very grateful to her fellow hosts and the entire staff and team of It’s Showtime for their efforts to bring joy to the viewers.
Jhong Hilario also thanked Anne for her honesty.
He said, “You know Anne, we also thank you, the entire Showtime family, the Madlang People, for being you. You show who you really are, that’s why Madlang People loved you.”
