Heart Evangelista gives a peek inside her ‘bahay kubo’ in Paris, France in an episode of ‘Heart World.’

Global fashion icon and prized Sparkle talent Heart Evangelista gave a special tour of her stunning apartment in Paris, France.

In the November 2 episode of Heart World, the multi-hyphenated Kapuso actress opened up about her reason on getting her own place in the City of Lights.

“Mga a few years ago pangarap ko talaga magkaroon ng apartment sa Paris. Kala ko imposible, pero ang imposible naging posible dahil may pinagdaanan ako medyo mabigat nung mga panahong ‘yan. It was a time in my life na kailangan ko patunayan sa sarili ko na kaya ko tumayo na mag-isa, na kaya ko mag-isa,” Heart stated.

“Nagbenta ako ng alahas, kung ano-ano na ginawa ko para ma-achieve ko ‘to and even if it was a bad time in my life, what the devil uses for evil, God will use for good. And now I’m in a happy place, nagkaroon na ako ng apartment sa Paris.”

With the limited space of her apartment, Heart then explained her decision on how to style it and opted for a color scheme, which is predominantly white.

Mrs. Escudero shared on Heart World, “Inuunahan ko na kayo kasi ‘pag mapunta kayo, ‘ay maliit lang pala.’ So at least inunahan ko na kayo.

“Pag kayo nagde-design ng bahay minsan confusing, ako nga maximalist. So ang ginawa ko dahil maliit lang ‘yung bahay ko ‘yung mga tips ko, which is I tried to bring of course yung mga times na ‘yun halos lahat ng makikita mo dun galing sa Manila. I wanted everything to have a common theme which I wanted it all off the colors to be majority white, para malinis lang siya. Tapos kung magkakaroon ka ng pop of color meron malalagay mo dun sa shelf mo, but I wanted to have character. So that’s what I did it’s all about putting together you’re most prized possessions and color coordinating in shelf para hindi siya magulo sa paningin.”
