The Philippines’ bet in Miss Universe 2024 Chelsea Manalo has found a new friend.

On Instagram, the Filipina beauty shared a carousel of her beautiful snaps where she rocks a red chiffon dress paired with gold earrings and a clean to messy bun hairdo complementing her newfound friend Tatiana Calmell.

In the caption, Manalo gave a big shout-out to Peruvian beauty which she called “Ate”.

“In my red dress and loving life,” Manalo captioned her post followed by an appreciation message to her new friend Tatiana. “Big shoutout to my Ate @taticalmelldelsolar 🇵🇪! I’m grateful for the bond we share and the memories we create,” the Filipina beauty added.

Also on Instagram, the Peruvian beauty uploaded some snaps of her together with Manalo.

“#PERUPPINES in the house,” Calmeell wrote in the caption. “My lovely sister @manalochelsea getting to experience this journey together is such a blessing! Love your pure heart 🥹🥹🥹🥹 Ates for life,” the Peruvian beauty added.

Manalo is aiming to become the Philippines’ fifth Miss Universe titleholder after Catriona Gray (2018), Pia Wurtzbach (2015), Margie Moran (1973), and Gloria Diaz (1969).

The 73rd Miss Universe competition will be held in Mexico on November 16. The pageant will be shown live on ABS-CBN’s Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, Metro Channel, and iWantTFC on November 17.
