Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo will arrive in Mexico on October 29 for the 2024 Miss Universe pageant.
The competition is getting closer and closer as current reigning Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo flies off to Los Angeles to undergo further training before heading to Mexico later this month to compete in the 2024 Miss Universe pageant.
The Miss Universe Philippines organization shared multiple photos of Chelsea at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport before her departure to Los Angeles. Captions to the post include gratitude to the people that joined Chelsea’s send-off as well as calls for pageant fans and followers to cheer her on in the coming competition.
Chelsea’s departure for further training in Los Angeles before joining the 2024 Miss Universe competition on October 29 comes after her recent appearance at the MEGA Fashion Awards awards last month, where she wore a black and white ensemble from designer Rap Soligam and was described as a muse to creative artists.
A month before that, Chelsea was featured in Metro magazine, with the Instagram Reel announcing the feature showing her at the shoot. In the caption to the post, the magazine recalled the various challenges Chelsea faced in her life and how they shaped her to become who she is today.
Chelsea was also the July cover start for MEGA magazine, with the publication describing Chelsea as opening up “the horizon for a more inclusive definition of beauty upon winning the crown.
Chelsea also made an appearance at the GMA Gala 2024 with Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel.
Chelsea has also received a warm and grand homecoming from her province of Bulacan. The homecoming was part of the province’s efforts to drum up support for Chelsea as she represents the country in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant.
