Actress and singer Rita Daniela filed a complaint of acts of lasciviousness against actor and comedian Archie Alemania.

This Wednesday (October 30), Rita filed a complaint with the Office of the City Prosecutor in Bacoor City where it was stated that the actor allegedly kissed and touched her private parts.

According to a report by 24 Oras, the incident happened when Rita attended a Thanksgiving party in September. At the event, Archie was already saying obscene words to her.

According to Rita’s lawyer, Atty. Marie Glen Abraham-Garduque, “So right there, Rita was already offended. She felt uncomfortable already but she didn’t confront Archie during that time because the guy who used to be with her maybe he didn’t mean it, he was just drunk, he was just joking. “

When they were going home from the party, Archie offered to drive the actress to their house. At first, Rita did not agree. But because she thought he was like her older brother, the actress finally agreed.

During their flight, Archie allegedly placed his hand on Rita’s shoulder and repeatedly touched the actress’s neck and shoulders.

“He said, ‘Brother, don’t! Let’s go.’ So, because Rita was treating Archie as an elder brother, e,” said Atty. Marie Glen.

When they were in front of her house, the actor allegedly forcibly kissed her on the lips. Rita tried to struggle but Archie hugged her tightly and then allegedly touched her on the sensitive part of her body.

Rita also said she couldn’t stop crying when she got out of the car.

“She was forced and she was kissed by Archie at that time. There was also touching that happened, like the delicate part of her body, like breast was also being touched during that time,” said Rita’s lawyer.

It is said that Rita received a text from Archie apologizing and explaining that he was drunk at the time.

“This is not easy for Rita. I mean in any woman, it’s really hard for them to come out and say crimes of this nature and file of this nature,” added Atty. Marie Glen.

GMA Integrated News is trying to get the actor’s side, but so far, Archie’s side has not responded. Rita also did not speak to the media first and her lawyer and brother gave a statement first.
