Although Nora Aunor was a little hard to speak, she insisted on giving a message to thank everyone who attended her 70th birthday celebration held at the Vertis North Seda Hotel last Saturday, May 20.

He spoke for a long time and there he released his thoughts about John Rendez who was also there, but we didn’t see him in the end.

Nora laughed when she made the mistake of saying that Ian was the oldest of her children.

I saw John Rendez and Ian de Leon greet each other at Nora Aunor’s birthday celebration.

John did not appear on the program. The two hosts did not call him to congratulate Ate Guy on the program.

I didn’t see John and Nora step aside so I could take a picture. So I only took a picture of John alone.

I learned from super-publicist Rodel Ocampo Fernando that John, Nora, Ian, Matet de Leon and Kenneth de Leon will be together in the movie  Tomacruz… Sa Puso Ng Isang Anak  which was filmed in January.

Nora herself is the executive director of that film, which was directed by Eric Tilos Joven, and also features Snooky Serna, Bembol Roco, Irma Adlawan, Beverly Salviejo, and Dexter Doria.

I told Rodel that I would interview John about the movie. “No personal questions, huh?” Rodel instructed.

But I think John had left by that time. I never saw him again.

Hopefully, this is the beginning of Ate Guy’s production career again so that he can work on a very selective range of projects.

Hopefully, he will not only produce and act but also direct!!!
