It can be seen in the IG stories of the IG user with the handle @simpforzayla that Awra was with him in his video when they went to a bar in Poblacion in Makati. He said, there was a man who insulted him and another of their friends so Awra allegedly talked to the man but they got heated. He added that the man punched Awra first so Awra fought back.

One of those involved in the rampage involving Awra spoke to News5. According to the man called “Mark” he may have been shocked and said that Awra followed him. It is said that Awra’s partner was the one who punched him first and he just fought back. Some of Awra’s friends and colleagues also spoke earlier about the alleged abuse of Awra’s friend which prompted the Kapamilya star to talk to the person who allegedly abused his friend.
